Reheating Instructions

 

Whole Roast Chicken

  1. Allow chicken to come to room temperature
  2. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  3. Take the chicken out of the packaging and place on a rack in an oven safe baking dish.
  4. Add about 1 cup of chicken stock, broth or water to the bottom and cover with foil to avoid drying chicken out.
  5. Cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until warmed through.

 

Glazed Ham

  1. Our hams are best served cold or at room temperature. If you prefer your meat warmed, follow the instructions below, keeping in mind that reheating can cause the meat to dry out.
  2. Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan.
  3. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover the whole thing tightly with foil.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 10 minutes per pound.

 

Mac & Cheese

  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 325°F for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

 

Ham & Potato Casserole

  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 323°F for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

 

Rice & Peas / Rice & Gungo Peas

  1. Take rice out of the fridge and allow to warm to room temperature.
  2. Add grains to a pot or skillet and splash with some liquid (water or broth, about 2 Tbsp per cup of rice).
  3. Cover tightly and heat over low for about 5 minutes.
